Wash Masters

From beginning to end, Ivan & his team took exceptional care of me and my car. There was a misunderstanding on my end and Ivan was reluctant to educate me and also took care of my need with no penalty for better words. The team was friendly and polite as well. My car was well taken care of, smelled fantastic and shiny! I appreciate them. Willing to return for them. Thank you

All of the staff are friendly and nice. Thanks for offering me the promotion. I forgot his name. I came back after couple of days to do the detail. While waiting, they asked me to wait in the Lobby. It has aircon and you have free coffee. Thanks to JR and Baleska. Cleaning was ok

On 10/30/24, my 98 year-old friend took his 2005 Toyota Camry to this location and had it washed with a free car wash coupon complements of Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington. $21.99 has been charged to his credit card since this date Fraudulently. He did not authorize these charges which have been occurring every month since that date. Even worse, he’s not owned a car since November 2025. The company owes him $439.80 for these fraudulent charges. I called on his behalf and spoke to a lady at the car wash. She was very rude and indignant toward me. I can’t believe a company would take such advantage of a 98-year-old veteran who served his country during World War II.

My son and I wanted to get a car wash today. We have a membership, so we pulled up. Ivan explained that our membership was no longer active… I believe a family member of mine had canceled it, but I was unaware. I asked Ivan if I was able to exit out instead of having to back up. Ivan went above and beyond and allowed me to get a car wash today as long as I left a review. I think that was wonderful customer service, he was very kind and generous since he did not have to do that. I would’ve left a review anyway, because of the outstanding service he provided today. And we’ll be renewing our membership tomorrow.

First off this is my first time here, I signed up for the monthly subscription and only paid $5 which was nice. The men were very nice and helpful. The car wash was great. The detailing part I could’ve done better on my own. I’m 8 months pregnant and still would’ve put more effort than the ladies who were supposed to detail the inside did. I had a couple bags of clothes that could’ve easily been moved in my backseat to VACCUM the seats. Because I have dogs that were in the vehicle there is still hair all over it. The service was extremely fast but I obviously see why they just wiped stuff down. I left without double checking their work because they were extremely busy and I felt I did not need to. They didn’t even move my seats back just left everything for me to fix smh. There are still spills from drinks that are on the door panels. Extremely disappointed with the ladies lazy work. 0/5. If you come here make sure they do it right the first time before you leave don’t make my mistake.
